My own product — founded and built end-to-end. MyCare is a booking marketplace for Armenia's beauty and care businesses: clients discover and book salons, studios and clinics online, while partners pay only per booking instead of a fixed monthly fee.
Instagram DMs and phone calls don't scale. MyCare gives every salon a digital storefront and calendar — clients find them on the map, see services, prices and reviews, and book a free slot 24/7. Automatic reminders cut no-shows, and ratings bring the next client.
Role: Founder — product strategy, UX & design, full-stack build (React Native + Supabase) and go-to-market.
